Shamus is blood type Ee which means Both black and red factors detected. The horse tested heterozygous for the red factor. It can transmit either E or e to its offspring. The basic color of the horse will be black, bay or brown unless modified by other color modifying genes.
We expect him to mature between 14.3-15.1h and hope he has the nice bulldog build that his sire has. Watch for him in cutting and reining circles in the up coming future, we are expecting great things from this boy. Shamus will be standing to the public in 2010.
